I love a quick dinner. We also cook a lot with chicken so I like to find fun ways to mix it up!
A few months ago we tried out Parmesan Garlic Chicken Tenders and immediately fell in love. So this month we switched it up and tried these Ranch Chicken Tenders!
Original Recipe: Picky Palate
It was the perfect light dinner full of flavor. It also makes fantastic leftovers. I threw the extras in my go-to Market Berry Salad and it was delicious!
How To Make Ranch Chicken Tenders
Start with either Chicken Breasts or Chicken Tenders.
If you use Chicken Breasts cut them length-wise about 1/2 inch thick. If you use Chicken Tenders be sure to pull out the tendon.
*Tip: Hate pulling out chicken tendons? Check out this hack for doing it quickly! SERIOUSLY, it’s LIFE CHANGING!
Next prep two bowls, one with olive oil and the other with parmesan and ranch seasoning.
Then dip your chicken pieces in the olive oil and coat with the dry mixture.
Place them on a cookie sheet with a silicon sheet. Then bake them at 350 degrees for 23-25 minutes. Turn on the broiler to brown for a few minutes.
What To Eat With Ranch Chicken Tenders
Our go-to dipping sauce is the Chick-Fil-A Sauce which you can buy by the bottle now!
We also love pairing these with garlic butter zucchini or another favorite veggie.
