Ranch Chicken Tenders

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Chicken Breasts or Tenders
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 pack Ranch Seasoning (or about 1.5 tablespoons)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degress.
  • Cut tendens out of chicken tenders or slice chicken breasts into tenden sized pieces.
  • Combine Ranch seasoning and parmesan cheese in a bowl. Add olive oil to a second bowl.
  • Dip each piece of chicken in the olive oil to coat, and then into the parmesan mixture till evenly coated.
  • Place chicken pieces on baking sheet.
  • Bake 23-25 minutes. Then turn one your broiler to get the chicken nice and browned. Timing will depend on your oven, just wathc it so it doesn't burn. My oven took about 3 minutes.
