Ingredients
1.5lbsChicken Breasts or Tenders
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1/2 cupParmesan Cheese
1packRanch Seasoning(or about 1.5 tablespoons)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degress.
Cut tendens out of chicken tenders or slice chicken breasts into tenden sized pieces.
Combine Ranch seasoning and parmesan cheese in a bowl. Add olive oil to a second bowl.
Dip each piece of chicken in the olive oil to coat, and then into the parmesan mixture till evenly coated.
Place chicken pieces on baking sheet.
Bake 23-25 minutes. Then turn one your broiler to get the chicken nice and browned. Timing will depend on your oven, just wathc it so it doesn't burn. My oven took about 3 minutes.
