Lately, I’ve been working to find new ways to cook up vegetables to make them more exciting so I actually want to eat them.
I’m a huge fan of garlic butter and we use it in practically everything, so it made sense to throw it in with my zucchini and squash! Adding a dash of our favorite seasoning just sent it off the charts!
How To Make Garlic Butter Zucchini
Ingredients:
- 1 bag frozen zucchini and squash (or fresh)
- 1-2 tbsp Chef Shamy Garlic Butter
- Sprinkle of Montreal Steak Seasoning
Directions:
- Start with fresh or frozen Zucchini and Squash. I typically prefer fresh, but when making this recipe I only had a bag of frozen veggies. Either works great.
- Heat your pan and add a spoonful of Chef Shamy Garlic Butter. This brand of Garlic Butter is like GOLD to us! We typically buy it at Costco but you can also grab it on Amazon.
- Once your pan is heated add your veggies and stir.
- Top with Montreal Steak Seasoning and continue until they’ve reached your desired texture. Montreal Seasoning is one of our favorites and we use it in a variety of things. We also get it at Costco but you can also order it from Amazon.
What To Pair With Garlic Butter Zucchini
This side dish makes a great pair with just about any dinner! We especially love to pair it with Parmesan Garlic Chicken Tenders and Steak dishes.
