If you’re dealing with chronic acid reflux or working to reduce your acid reflux by healing your body it may be frustrating to know what you should and shouldn’t eat.
While lists of what not to eat for acid reflux and what to eat for acid reflux can be helpful, the grocery store can still be a stressful situation.
So here’s an easy list of my go-to items to stock up on during an acid reflux flare-up. While this list isn’t exclusive it can give you a starting place during your next grocery trip.
Having foods on hand at all times that you can grab and not worry about how they’ll affect your acid reflux makes life so much easier.
Acid Reflux Grocery List
I’ve broken this list down based on the layout of grocery stores in my area. You may find these items in different locations based on your region.

- Whole-grain bread (fresh bread is best)
