I usually prep my favorite Markey Berry Salad for lunch when we don’t have leftovers, but sometimes I want something a little different, so I prep these turkey bacon avocado wraps!
I typically keep everything on hand for this yummy lunch so it’s super easy to prep.
What To Pack:
- Turkey Slices: I’ll use deli turkey meat that I keep on hand for a quick protein. Usually, I’ll get it cut at the counter in the grocery store but sometimes I’ll just pick up Hillshire Farm turkey lunch meat.
- Bacon: I’ll cook up a few slices of bacon either when I’m prepping or during breakfast the next morning and throw in a few slices then.
- Avocado or Guacamole: Sometimes I’ll use fresh avocado, but I typically keep these little guacamole cups on hand. I actually prefer the generic Walmart version.
- Add a veggie! Add some more green to your lunch by adding your favorite veggie to snack on. My go to is snap peas but I also keep carrots and celery on hand. You can even add these to your wraps if you want.
How To Eat
When lunch time comes around just spread some avocado on a turkey slice, add bacon, roll it up and enjoy!
