We love making buttered noodles when we aren’t in the mood for anything heavy and haven’t pulled out meat to thaw.
This dinner comes together in about 10-15 minutes, is super delicious, and makes great leftovers.
The measurements in this recipe are estimates because I usually eyeball it and you can adjust to your own taste preferences.
How To Make Buttered Noodles
Start by cooking your egg noodles according to the package. You can use any noodles you like, but we prefer egg noodles. My husband likes regular noodles but I’ve found whole wheat noodles as well.
Drain your noodles and add garlic butter (Chef Shamy is our go-to), parmesan, and Italian seasoning.
If you want to add some more greens and fiber to your meal you can sautee some spinach and add it as well.
