Taco salad is such an easy healthy lunch, especially when you already have leftover taco meat!
Whenever we make tacos or nachos I’ll make extra meat so I can make a yummy taco salad for lunch!

I’ll pack it in these glass compartment containers so I can add all my toppings without them getting soggy before lunchtime. I also use these containers for my bento box snacks.
Usually, I’ll eat the taco meat on my salad cold, but you could pack it separately and reheat it if you prefer that.
Some of my favorite toppings include cheese, olives, salsa, and guacamole. I really like these little guacamole cups from Walmart. They make my life so much easier! I can just grab some guac and throw it in my lunch or snack without worrying about a larger container turning brown before I can finish it.
