Start preparing your rice in your preferred method.
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Remove tendons from chicken if using chicken tenders or cut chicken breasts into 1/4 inch pieces.
Brown chicken in a frying pan. Sprinkle lemon pepper over the chicken as you brown it.
Add browned chicken to a 9x13 pan.
Place 8 slices of swiss chicken over the chicken.
In a bowl mix together both cans of cream of chicken and 2 cans full of milk. (just empty the cream of chicken and then fill it up with milk and add to bowl)
Pour mixture over chicken and swiss chese.
If you'd like, top with the rest of your cheese slices.
Bake in the oven for20-30 minutes or until it bubbles and turns golden brown.
