Ingredients
1 1/2lbsChicken Breast
1cupPanko(or bread crumbs)
1/2cupParmesan CheeseFinely grated
3/4tspDried Basil
1/4tspDried Oregano
1/4 tspThyme
1/4tsp Rosemary
Salt and Pepper
6 tbspOlive Oildivided
2tbspMinced Garlic
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place a silicon sheet on a baking sheet.
Cut chicken breasts into 1 inch thick strips.
In a small bowl mix together panko, parmesan, basil, oregano, thyme, and rosemary. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
In another small bowl mix together olive oil and garlic.
Working with one piece of chicken at a time, dip both sides in olive oil then immediately dip in panko mixtures and coat both sides.
Place on the baking sheet and repeat with the remaining chicken pieces. Spread remaining panko mixture on chicken pieces.
Bake in preheated over for 25 - 30 minutes until chicken pieces are golden brown.
Remove from oven and serve with your choice of side. They are great to dip in Chick-Fil-A Sauce (which you can buy by the bottle at Walmart now!)
