Crockpot Italian Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 packet Italian Dressing Mix
  • 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 tbsp Minced Garlic

Instructions

  • Slice the butter into 8 pieces and spread them out on the bottom of the crockpot. Place the chicken breasts on top of the butter.
  • Pour the lemon juice over the chicken. Sprinkle the italian dressing mix over the chicken. Add the garlic to your crock pot.
  • Cook and cover on High for 4-5 hours or on Low for 6-8 hours.
  • Serve with rice, pasta, veggies, or your favorite side.
