I love packing this bento box when I plan to go straight to the gym after work and need to fuel up.
What To Pack:
- Hard-boiled eggs – My favorite way to hard boil eggs is in my sous vide. I cannot for the life of me boil eggs on the stove, so I opt for sous vide or one of these cool egg cookers. When I pack these eggs I’ll season them with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes for a little kick.
- Favorite Veggies – You can add whatever veggies you like, but with hummus, my go-to is carrots and celery.
- Hummus – You can use a larger container and spoon some into your container, but I don’t typically eat a larger container before it goes bad. So I buy these smaller packs and always have them in the fridge for easy access.
