- 1 lb Lean Chicken Breasts (Frozen)
- 1 bag Frozen Peppers & Onions (Great Value is the best)
- 1 pkg Fajita seasoning
Dump 1/2 bag to a whole bag of frozen peppers and onions into the base of your crockpot.
Add the frozen chicken breast(s) on top of the peppers and onions.
Sprinkle the Fajita seasoning all over the top of the chicken and veggies.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
Shred meat prior to serving.
Serve with torilla shells and your favorite toppings like cheese, sour cream, salsa etc.
