Crockpot Chicken Fajitas

This super easy crockpot chicken fajitas recipe is perfect for on the go families! An easy crowd pleaser for kids with just three simple ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Lean Chicken Breasts (Frozen)
  • 1 bag Frozen Peppers & Onions (Great Value is the best)
  • 1 pkg Fajita seasoning

Instructions

  • Dump 1/2 bag to a whole bag of frozen peppers and onions into the base of your crockpot.
  • Add the frozen chicken breast(s) on top of the peppers and onions.
  • Sprinkle the Fajita seasoning all over the top of the chicken and veggies.
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  • Shred meat prior to serving.
  • Serve with torilla shells and your favorite toppings like cheese, sour cream, salsa etc.
