I was diagnosed with celiac disease a year ago and this is the first trip we’ve taken since, and of course it’s an international trip. Along with my celiac disease I have fibromyalgia and IBS, adding a level of difficulty to traveling. But, we love traveling and hope to move abroad soon – so might as well figure it out now! Our AC unit has gone out multiple times which caused stress and some sleepless night due to the heat (it’s the peak of summer right now). << Back To Week 3 Update I’m starting to feel a difference!! I felt by far the most improvement this week. My leg is doing better and it doesn’t hurt to walk as much anymore. Now my hip feels bruised instead of tight or pulled. (trust me, it’s a major improvement) I’m also getting into a better routine and having more energy throughout the day. My Journey with Chronic Inflammation Living with celiac disease has been a rollercoaster of health and wellness. Initially, after my diagnosis, I adhered strictly to a gluten-free diet, and the results were phenomenal. My symptoms dramatically reduced, and I felt a sense of relief.
