Meal planning has changed my life. Learning how to do it so I can reach my goals has been amazing. Prepping meals in advance is helpful and time saving. But it's best when what you are eating is exactly what you need to reach your goals. I take a macro based approach to my clean eating meal plans. That means you are eating a balanced amount of fat, carbs, and protein to ensure your body can function in order for you to loose or gain weight based on your goals. Isn't meal planning hard? I don't think I have time for it. You're wrong! Meal planning can be really easy when you know what you're doing. I've made it as simple as possible to create meal plans that work for you to reach your specific goals. Macro meal plans along with macro meal plan recipes and a macro meal plan template all make this possible! Along with working to balance your macros I highly recommend eating a Paleo diet. The paleo diet is the best clean eating diet that can kick start your system and set you on a path for success.
